Streem’s 3D Arrow tool allows an expert to place a marker at a fixed position in their customer’s environment. This is difficult to visualize using 2D animation, and a quality video shoot wasn’t possible within our timeline and budget. As an experiment to solve those problems, I created the below animation using Blender.
The window frame was a stock model, whose materials I customized to create a minimalist rendering style that works seamlessly on a white background. The arrow model, which I originally modeled, is the same one used in the Streem product.
